I've been inspired by many things since I opened the restaurant in 1975. Food, travels, family. friends, cars… Whether I eat something great when I'm on vacation; or a longtime supplier tells me about a special ingredient or newly imported fish or produce, I act on it right away. After all, even if I'm in Tuscany racing my cars, I'm only a phone call away!
