Trattoria Vittoria – A favorite seafood restaurant of Silvano’s, open for over 30 years.

Osteria di Giovanni – A cozy Tuscan spot where proprietor Giovanni (Latini) is almost always there watching over you.

Perseus – THE spot for Bistecca Fiorentina (among other things) in Florence.

Trattoria Camillo – A good spot to eat dinner after touring around the city. It’s on San Jacobo by the Hotel Lungarno and around the corner from the Ponte Vecchio.
